SOLUTION: In a cap structure having an opening mechanism wherein a cap base 61 is stuck to a paper container main body 51, a cap 63 is screwed down onto a mouth part 61a of the cap base 61, and an inner plug 65 for opening the paper container main body 51 is provided at the inside of the cap base 61, the inner plug 65 is pushed down through a retainer 62 screwed down onto an opening stem provided at the inside of the cap when the cap 63 is turned in the direction of opening, and an expected part 53 for opening is opened.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a can having a temporary sealing port plug in which a can lid can be easily opened and the opened can lid can be temporarily sealed. SOLUTION: A pushing surface 40 of a port temporary sealing plug 31 is abutted against a port piece 9 formed at a concave part 8 of a port projecting can lid 1 and pressed. The port piece 9 is pushed down and then the port projecting can lid 1 is opened at its lid. Then, after opening the lid, the port temporary sealing plug 31 is fitted into a port 42 formed at the port projecting can lid 1, resulting in that the temporary sealing protrusion 37 is engaged with the edge part of the port 42, thereby the port 42 is sealed by the port temporary sealing plug 31.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a spout which is easy to pour a liquid content, capable of surely and easily effecting unsealing/closing action, and excellent in re-sealability. SOLUTION: An unsealing part 23 is formed in a corner part of an upper surface part 24 of a container body 22. The unsealing part 23 comprises a frame member 26 and an unsealing member 27 of approximately L-shaped section which is pivotably supported thereby. In the unsealing member 27, an unsealing plate part 27A to be fitted to a notched part of the frame member 26 breaks a part to be opened of the upper surface part 24 along a perforation when the unsealing plate part is pivotably moved. A curved recessed groove part 31 is formed in a guide plate part 27B integrated with the unsealing plate part 27A, and kept in a projecting manner outward of the container in an unsealed condition. Thus, a liquid content can flow along the curved recessed groove part 31 in a collective condition. The unsealing action to break the part to be opened can surely be effected through the opening action of the unsealing member 27, and by returning the unsealing member 27, the frame member 26 side is closely attached to the unsealing member 27 side to prevent the leakage of the liquid content.

Whereupon, the tab 13 is bent because engaged with a lid 21 by a rivet but, at this time, the rear surface of the flat part 32 of the can opening part 1 comes into contact with the peripheral edge part 12 of the can lid to become the fulcrum of a lever and the enclosure part 16a surrounded by the groove 16 on the drink can 20 can be simply opened to form an opening part 16b.
