摘要： The present invention provides methods for targeted sequencing of polynucleotide. In one aspect, the present invention provides a method of sequencing a target polynucleotide with fewer probes. In another aspect, the present invention provides a method of sequencing a target polynucleotide with longer reads. Locus-specific, ligation-assisted sequencing/genotyping method and ligation-captured sequencing method are also provided in the present invention. The methods of the present invention allow low-cost, high-throughput and accurate sequencing of nucleic acids.

摘要： A tie down anchor assembly that is adapted to receive the stakes through angled bores as they are driven into the ground where at least one stake can be driven into the ground at different angular orientations. The anchor assembly of this invention includes a plurality of stakes and a modular anchor hub. The anchor hub has an interconnected modular design and includes a main hub component, a shaft component, and a tether connector, which can be disassembled for convenient storage and transport. The main hub component has a pair of protrusions and the shaft component is rotatably connected to the main hub component so that the protrusion and the shaft component act as three “anchor legs” extending radially from the body of the main hub component 130—two fixed and one rotatable. Each of the “anchor legs has an angled stake bore for receiving one of the stakes.

摘要： Disclosed is a fireplace of combusting gasified liquid fuel, which includes a fireplace body provided with a fireplace chamber. The fireplace body is provided with a cavity which is capable of accommodating a combustion device and formed at the bottom of the fireplace chamber. A fire viewport is provided at the front of the fireplace body. The combustion device includes a liquid supplying device, gasification chamber and burner. A slot used for exposing the burner is provided at the top of the cavity. A flame jet hole is arranged in the burner. A liquid fuel feeding port and a gas outlet are arranged in the gasification chamber.

摘要： Methods for forming semiconductor device packages include applying an underfill material over a semiconductor wafer including conductive elements such that an average thickness of the underfill material is at least about 80% of an average height of the conductive elements and each conductive element is covered by underfill material. Underfill material covering tips of conductive elements is removed. Other methods include positioning a stencil over a semiconductor wafer and applying an underfill material to a major surface of the semiconductor wafer through the stencil. Additional methods include aligning and associating conductive elements having a surface substantially free of underfill material with bond pads of a substrate, melting and flowing the underfill material, and heating the conductive elements and underfill material to melt tip portions of the conductive elements and cure the underfill material.
