摘要： The present invention relates to an ink ribbon for sublimation transfer type hard copy which is used to produce as a hard copy a still picture image such as a picture image taken by a video camera, a television picture image and so on. The ink ribbon for sublimation transfer type hard copy of this invention comprises a heat-resistant plastic film base or a plastic film base having formed thereon a heat-resistant treating layer and coating layer of sublimation dye formed on the plastic film base. According to this ink ribbon for sublimation transfer type hard copy, it is possible to protect the film base from being shrunk and producing a bubble spot therein due to heat generated upon transfer, etc. Accordingly, a quality of a transferred picture image can be improved.

摘要： The present invention relates to a sublimation ink ribbon capable of printing on a printing paper a still picture image of various kinds of picture images such as a picture image shot by a video camera, a television picture image and the like. At least the surface of its sublimation ink layer is made of a layer containing a sublimation dye whose solubility relative to methyl ethyl ketone is not higher than 2.5g/100 ml or a layer in which a sublimation dye having a solubility higher than 2.5g/100 ml is mixed such that a ratio (P/B) of a weight P of the sublimation dye relative to a weight B of a binder is not higher than 0.5. Thus, it is possible to reduce the under layer soil characteristics.

Here fats and oils are brought into contact with an adsorbent and subsequently treated with water vapor under at least one condition of the following conditions. In condition I, the time for which the fats and oils are brought into contact with the water vapor in a temperature range of 175° C. to 205° C. for from 5 to 110 minutes. In condition 2, the fats and oils are brought into contact with the water vapor in a temperature range of 205° C. to 215° C. for from 5 to 50 minutes. In condition 3, the fats and oils are brought into contact with the water vapor in a temperature range of 215° C. to 230° C. for from 5 to 30 minutes.

摘要： In a new printer, a toner cartridge is mounted in the state where there is no toner in a reserve tank, and toner of the amount of filling toner D therein is supplied with the amount of full accommodation toner E for filling up the reserve tank by a toner supply mechanism. The toner of the amount of remaining surplus toner F remains in the toner cartridge. The amount of toner consumption G is measured by a dot counter during a printing execution. In the case where a toner density sensor detects a toner decreasing, the toner is supplied to a developing unit from the reserve tank. When it becomes G>F, it display-informs a user of “toner cartridge exchange is allowed”.
