    • To provide a dynamic image receiving apparatus which receives dynamic image streams coded with inter-frame prediction such as MPEG from a plurality of channels, and collects the dynamic image streams containing intra-frame coded pictures from each channel in a short time. The dynamic image receiving apparatus includes: a time information accumulative processing device which accumulates code receiving time of the intra-frame coded picture of the dynamic image stream, and periodicity time information containing one of or both of presentation time information and decoding time information contained in the dynamic image stream for each dynamic image stream of the plurality of channels; code receiving time predicting devices which predict the code receiving time of the intra-frame coded pictures based on the periodicity time information; and a channel selection control device which controls channel selection of the dynamic image stream to be received based on the predicted code receiving time information.

    • Provided is a data transfer apparatus and method that enables fast data transfer, and has a simple circuit configuration and a small area; and a semiconductor circuit. The data transfer apparatus includes: a data pair generation circuit (301) that transfers a generated data pair during one cycle of a handshake signal communication; a multiplexer (302) that outputs one of the data pair in accordance with a handshake signal; a memory (305) that stores the data output from the multiplexer (302) in response to bi-directional transition of the memory control input signal; a memory control circuit (303) that performs a handshake signal communication and outputs the memory control signal; a request signal waiting circuit (306) that waits until one of the data pair is stored in the memory (305) and the other data is output from the multiplexer (302); and a data pair receiving circuit (307) that receives the data pair in response to a signal from the request signal waiting circuit (306) and outputs the data pair to the transfer destination.

    • In order to realize a stable decrease in NOx, a gas turbine combustor is supplied which can reduce combustion vibration. A combustor (3) is provided with a first box body (30), which is installed outside an object body (20) such as a combustor basket (6), a transition piece (7) or a bypass duct (11) so as to form a first internal space (31) having a predetermined capacity; and a first throat (32) having a predetermined length which has one end (32a) open to a side wall (20a) of the object body (20) and has the other end (32b) open to a first internal space (31); wherein, a first resistive element (33) having a multiple number of through-holes is inserted and engaged to one end (32a). Fluid particles serving as vibration elements of combustion vibration caused in a combustion region are effectively trapped by the first resistive element (33) and at the same time resonate with the air of the first internal space (31) being connected through the first throat (32) and vibrate in the neighborhood of the first resistive element (33), thereby damping vibration amplitude thereof.
