    • PURPOSE:To promptly restore an incommunicable condition, and to enhance the reliability of a communication network by switching a network constituting surface currently in use with a re-switching instruction from a network control device to a communication node after the generation of the incommunicable condition due to network constituting surface inconsistency confirmed with each communication node at the time of simultaneous generation of fault-time switching and time switching. CONSTITUTION:When the fault is generated in the communication network, a network control device 100 transmits switching instructions 80 and 81 so as to switch the network constituting surface from 1 to a network constituting surface 1-1 at the time of the fault. Here, in the communication node 1, the switching instruction 80 is notified before the generation of network constitution switching 50 (the switching to the network constituting surface) due to the operational time, and in the communication node 2, when the switching instruction 81 is notified after the generation of the network constitution switching 50, the network constituting surface inconsistency (the mixture of the network constituting surfaces 2 and 1-1) recognized by the communication nodes 1 and 2 is generated. There, the network control device 100 recognizes the time switching 50 generation by a time control by the network control device 100 itself, and re-switching instructions 82 and 83 are transmitted so as to be switched to the network constituting surface 1 at the time of the fault, namely, to the network constituting surface 2-1.
