摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a CCB connected part caused by silicon gel by a method wherein a spacer is placed between a mother chip and a child chip. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 3 is interposed between a mother chip 1 and a child chip 2. The child chip 2 is fixed to the mother chip 1 with its protruded electrodes 4 and 4. The spacer 3 is fixed to the mother chip 1 in advance using a silicon rubber bonding agent and the like. As a result, the quantity of the silicon gel 14 filled into the gap of the chips 1 and 2 can be reduced, the thermal stress generated by the thermal expansion of the gel can be reduced, and the effect inflicted to the connected part of these chips 1 and 2 can also be lessened, thereby enabling the title semiconductor device to prevent the damage on the connected part caused by thermal stress.

CONSTITUTION:A polyol component having an average OH value of 430-450, comprising a mixture of 52wt% tetrafunctional tolylenediamine polyol, 12wt% bifunctional bisphenol polyol, 20wt% tetrafunctional methyl glucoside polyol, 5wt% octafunctional sucrose polyol and 11wt% trifunctional diethanolamine polyol is reacted with an isocyanate component having an NCO content of 31.6%, comprising a mixture of 70wt% polymethylene polyphenyl diisocyanate and 30wt% sucrose tolylene diisocyanate prepolymer in the presence of a blowing agent (e.g., trichlorofluoromethane containing 1wt% or below water), a foam stabilizer and a reaction catalyst.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent accuracy from deteriorating due to thermal deformation of a table device, by coupling a linear motor, moving member and a table through transmission route parts of heat generated from the linear motor. CONSTITUTION:A device, generating heat from a mover 11 in the second linear motor 10 and emitting a part of the heat to be radiated into the air by a connecting member 12, transmits the rest of the heat to a table through the connecting member 12 as shown by a route 101 in the drawing while to a moving member through a stator 10A as shown by a route 102. During this time, the device, radiating the heat, decreases a transmission quantity of heat to the moving member and the table to a small value. While the device, generating heat by a mover 14A in the first linear motor 14 and radiating a part of the heat into the air from a connecting member 13, transmits the rest of the heat to the moving member through the connecting member 13 and the stator 10A of the second linear motor 10 as shown by a route 103 while to a fixed part through a stator 15 as shown by a route 104 in the drawing.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rotating operation control and high speed access of a disk apparatus generated during the seek operation by providing a structure that vibration of the apparatus itself can be reduced by providing a plate spring between a cabinet of the disk apparatus and a mounting member for mounting it. SOLUTION: Parallel plate springs 14a, 14b are arranged between a mounting member 13 and a base 1 of the magnetic disk apparatus. Rigidity in the parallel movement direction of the parallel plates 14a, 14b is set lower than the frame 15 and rigidity in the rotating direction and the other direction is set equal to or larger than that of a frame 15. Thereby, movement of the parallel plate springs 14a, 14b is easy in the parallel moving direction but is difficult in the rotating direction. Vibration of the parallel plates 14a, 14g and base 1 is mainly controlled by the parallel direction movement not giving any influence on the positioning of magnetic head. Therefore, movement of base 1 increases in the parallel moving direction. Here, since a repulsion force of drive is equal and total movement is also equal, the rotating movement is reduced as much as an increment of the parallel, direction movement, realizing the control thereof.
