    • The present invention relates to a method for separating a nanogenerator characterized in including the step of manufacturing the nanogenerator on a sacrificial substrate; the step of laminating a metal layer on the nanogenerator; and the step of separating a part of the sacrificial substrate by mounting mechanical or thermal energy to the metal layer. According to one embodiment, the nanogenerator is separated by using the difference of stress between the sacrificial substrate and the metal layer, not by separating the nanogenerator from the sacrificial substrate through an existing wet etching. As such, the method is safer and more economically feasible than a chemical separation method using an etching solution since the nanogenerator can be separated from the sacrificial substrate in a mechanical way. Moreover, the method can prevent the damage to the nanogenerator due to the etching solution in advance.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus and method for graphene using a flash lamp, and a graphene semiconductor device manufactured by using the same are provided to grow graphene by transferring a flexible substrate through a roll-to-roll method without metal catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of graphene comprises a chamber, an inlet(20), a vacuum part(30), and a flash lamp(40). The substrate for growing graphene is mounted in the chamber. A reaction gas flows into an inlet on the one side of the substrate. The vacuum part makes the chamber into a vacuum state. The flash lamp for irradiating the substrate with light is placed in the uppar part of the chamber. The substrate is transferred by a roll to roll unit. The graphene manufacturing apparatus additionally comprises a reflection unit. The light from the flash lamp is reflected from the front side of the reflection unit, which is placed in the upper part of the flash lamp.
