    • A heat resistant thermoplastic resin composition comprising (a) 5 to 99% by weight of a poly(phenylene ether), (b) 95 to 1% by weight of a thermoplastic resin which is obtained by polymerizing in the absence of a rubber-like polymer a resin constituent mixture comprising an aromatic alkenyl compound, an alkenyl cyanide compound, and, if necessary, other alkenyl monomers copolymerizable with said monomers, and (c) up to 94% by weight of other styrenic resins, said thermoplastic resin (b) comprising (A) 1-50% by weight of a polymer having an alkenyl cyanide compound content of 1% by weight or more but less than 10% by weight, (B) 1-70% by weight of a polymer having an alkenyl cyanide compound content of 10% by weight or more but less than 20% by weight, (C) 5-90% by weight of a polymer having an alkenyl cyanide compound content of 20% by weight or more but less than 40% by weight, and (D) up to 70% by weight of a polymer having an alkenyl cyanide compound content of 40% by weight or more, and having a total alkenyl cyanide compound content of 10 to 40% by weight and an intrinsic viscosity of preferably 0.1- 1.5 dl/g as measured in methyl ethyl ketone at 30.degree. C. The above thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in not only heat resistance but also impact resistance, thermal stability, painting, and surface gloss of molded article.

    • The invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent blister resistance, which does not cause blister on the surfaces of resinous parts by passing through a reflowing oven when the resin composition is used as a resin material forming the resinous parts subjected to the surface-mount technology system, particularly, a thermoplastic resin composition high in mechanical strength such as flexural strength, weld strength and tensile elongation and excellent in moldability and friction property. The resin composition contains a polyamide resin component composed of 5 to 95% by weight of the following component (A) and 95 to 5% by weight of the following component (B): Component (A): a polyamide resin obtained by polycondensing diamine(s) including at least tetramethylenediamine with dicarboxylic acid(s) including at least adipic acid; and Component (B): a polyamide resin obtained by polycondensing diamine(s) including at least one of 1,9-nonanediamine and 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine with dicarboxylic acid(s) including at least terephthalic acid.

    • The present invention provides a thermoplastic polymer composition capable of exhibiting excellent impact resistance, durability and destaticizing property. The present invention relates to a thermoplastic polymer composition comprising (A) 50 to 95% by mass of an aliphatic polyester-based resin and (B) 5 to 50% by mass of a block copolymer comprising (B1) a hard segment block comprising at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a polyamide, a polyester, a polyolefin and a polyurethane, and (B2) a soft segment block having an ether bond, with the proviso that a total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100% by mass. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thermoplastic polymer composition further comprises a specific amount of at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of (C1) a polyester-based resin, (C2) a polyamide-based resin, (C3) an acrylic resin, (C4) a polycarbonate-based resin, (C5) a polyacetal-based resin, (C6) a polyphenylene ether-based resin, (C7) a polyolefin-based resin and (C8) a styrene-based resin.

    • The present invention provides a flame retardant resin composition comprising the following component (A), component (B), component (C) and component (D), in which 0.1 to 50 parts by mass of the component (B), 0.001 to 30 parts by mass of the component (C) and 0.1 to 50 parts by mass of the component (D) are blended with 100 parts by mass of the component (A).
