摘要： An improved displacement control valve incorporated in a variable displacement compressor. The control valve includes a valve body and a solenoid for actuating the valve body. The coil of the solenoid is wound about a bobbin made of insulating synthetic resin. A base plate integrally protrudes from the bobbin. A pair of conducting plates are secured to the base plate. Each plate has a clamping block. The coil has a pair of terminal wires. Each terminal wire is secured to and electrically corrected to one of the clamping blocks. Each terminal wire is wound about a holder formed in each plate between the bobbin and the corresponding clamping block. A diode is secured to the holders and is connected in parallel with the coil. A pair of terminals of the diode are secured to the corresponding holders by soldering and crimping. The holders prevent tension in the terminal wires from being applied to electrical joints formed between the wires and the clamping blocks, which makes the valve more reliable.

摘要： The displacement control valve has a solenoid (52) with a coil (92) and a valve body (54) operating by the solenoid. A support (91, 93) is made of an insulating synthetic resin, for the support of the coil. The coil has a connecting wire (92b, 92c), which extends from the support. A conducting mounting part (94, 95) is fixed at the support, so that the mounting part includes a connecting part (94a, 95a), at which the connecting wire is electrically fixed. So that the valve is provided with a holding part (97, 98), which is designed on the mounting part (94, 95), for the holding of a part of the connecting wire (92b, 92c), between the support (91, 93) and the connecting part (94a, 95a). The holding part protrudes from the mounting part, and the connecting wire (92b, 92c) is wound around the holding part (97, 98).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of a connecting part due to thermal expansion in a spacer by connecting a coil terminal to the connecting part to be installed in a terminal, and connecting a coil body and the connecting part to each other via the spacer, while engaging the coil terminal in the midway leading to the connecting part, with an engaging part installed in a terminal base. SOLUTION: In a coil unit 90 of a solenoid for a capacity control valve, a bobbin, a terminal base 93 and an insulating coat 102 expand by the operating heat in the solenoid or the like, thereby a space between connecting parts 94a, 95a and a coil body 92a tends to wider. However, since a coil 92 is made of a metal of a low expansion coefficient, and both the terminals 92b and 92c do not expand in spite of ambient temperature rise a thermal stress generates in resin members 91, 93 and 102, whereby these terminals 92b and 92c of the coil 92 are tensed up. At this time, as the terminals 92b and 92c are rolled on fixed pieces 97 and 98 in the midway leading to the connecting parts 94a and 95a, load acting on these connecting parts 94a and 95a is lightened, thus disconnection is obviated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coil terminal from being damaged by a terminal edge by connecting the terminal of a solenoid coil to a connecting part installed in a terminal, and installing a guide part at the terminal side on a base surface, then leading the coil terminal to the connecting part through the guide part. SOLUTION: In a coil unit 90 of a solenoid for a capacity control valve, guide parts 104 and 105 are installed on a base surface of a terminal base 93, and coil terminals 92b and 92c are led to upper sides of both terminals 94 and 95 through guide surfaces 104b and 105b at tips of these guide parts 104 and 105. Since the guide parts 104 and 105 have height higher than those of the terminals 94 and 95, even if unnecessary external force acts on the terminals 92b and 92c during assembling of the coil unit 90, the terminals 92b and 92c are supported at a relatively high position by the guide surfaces 104b and 105b, whereby they are not forcibly pressed to edges 94b and 95b of the terminals 94 and 95, damage to the terminal due to terminal edge is prevented.

Une diode est fixée sur les supports et est connectée en parallèle à la bobine. Une paire de bornes de la diode est fixée sur les supports correspondants par brasage et sertissage. Les supports empêchent la tension existant dans les fils terminaux d'être appliquée aux jonctions électriques formées entre les fils et les blocs de serrage, ce qui rend la soupape plus fiable.
