SOLUTION: The heat exchanger mounted on a motorcycle comprises: a radiator 1 having a core part 15 including a plurality of tubes 11 in which cooling water flows and a pair of header tanks 13 connected to both end parts in a longitudinal direction of the tubes 11, and exchanging heat between cooling water with air; and a bracket 5 to which the radiator 1 is fixed. The bracket 5 has one end with first fixing part 51 to which a center frame 2 of the automobile is fixed, and the other end with second fixing part 52 to which a cowl 3 is fixed, wherein, a part of a body of an occupant can be in contact with the cowl 3 when the occupant rides on the motorcycle.
