    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of oscillations and noises under the minimum discharging capacity operation by dividing a cam plate into the side of a top dead center and the side of a bottom dead center by means of a virtual plane including an axis of a driving shaft, and forming the center of the gravity on the divided portion on the side of the top dead center. SOLUTION: A first virtual plane H1 includes an axis L of a driving shaft, while virtually dividing a tilting plate 23 into two of the side of a top dead center D1 and a side of a bottom dead center D2. A second virtual plane H2 includes the axis L of the driving shaft 16, the top dead center position D1 and the bottom dead center position D2. The second virtual plane H2 is thus formed perpendicularly to the first virtual plane H1. A center of gravity G of the cam plate 23 is formed on the divided portion of the first virtual plane H1 on the side of the top dead center D1. Namely, centrifugal force applied to the cam plate 23 generates unbalancencess. Even under the minimum discharging capacity, an inner surface of a through-hole 23a of the cam plate 23 is pressurized against the driving shaft for preventing displacement and fall thereof in the gravity direction of the driving shaft. It is thus possible to prevent to generate oscillations and noises.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the inflow of an electric current into a drive circuit due to counter electromotive force by installing a capacity control valve, altering the extent of pressure in a control pressure chamber, on a passage interconnecting this control pressure chamber and an inlet pressure area or discharge pressure area, and connecting a flywheel circuit to a solenoid making the valve element operate to open or close. SOLUTION: When a piston 36 is reciprocated by rotation of a swash plate 23, coolant gas taken into a cylinder bore 12a is discharged to a discharge chamber 39 via a discharge valve 43. At this time, a capacity control valve 49 is installed in a pressure supply passage 48 connecting this discharge chamber 39 and a crankcase 15, a pressure detecting passage 50 is made up in space between an inlet passage 32 and the capacity control valve 49. In succession, a diode 97 is installed in a storage space 93 of the capacity control valve 49, and cathode of this diode 97 is connected to the puls terminal of a combination 95, and the anode to a minus terminal, respectively, constituting a flywheel circuit against a solenoid 74, and any possible inflow of an electric current in the case where counter electromotive force has occurred in this solenoid 74 is checked.
