摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain an inorganic builder with little long term decomposition such as degradation and no generation of gas and the like by mixing condensation sodium phosphate, carbonate compound, boric acid, bentonite and aluminum cement in specific fractions. CONSTITUTION: Condensation sodium phosphate of 0.1 to 2wt.%, carbonate compound of 0.1 to 2wt.%, boric acid of 0.05 to 1wt.%, bentonite of 0.5 to 5wt.% and aluminum cement of 0.5 to 4wt.% are mixed for inorganic builder for cement. This solidifying material for radioactive waste is a builder including no organic which remarkably improves the fluidity of cement paste. Condensation sodium phosphate is added to give dispersibility to cement. Carbonate compound is added for the purpose of extending the fluidity time and potassium carbonate and sodium carbonate are used. Boric acid is added for the purpose of further extending the fluidity time. For volume contraction and space fulfillment purpose, bentonite is added.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control production of minute cracks and attain solidification disposal superior in stability and fire resistance of radioactive waste over a long period by using solidification material containing hydraulic inorganic compound, aggregate, dispersant, a reaction prevention agent and inorganic settlement prevention material for radioactive waste. SOLUTION: As hydraulic inorganic compound, 30wt.% of alumina cement, as aggregate 70wt.% of river sand, and as a reaction prevention agent, 0.1wt.% of lithium citrate and 0.5wt.% of aluminum lactate are blended, and sepiolite and condensation sodium phosphate aqueous solution, for instance, 0.1 pts.wt. sepiolite and 15-20 pts.wt. of condensation sodium phosphate are added based on the 100 pts.wt. of that blend. Next, these are kneaded to obtain slurry-like solidification material. A quantity of water addition is necessary for obtaining fluidity enough to be filled without any void in the case where solidification slurry is injected.

SOLUTION: A multi-layered structure is of >=3 layers comprising at least a nozzle body or a refractory material (a) on the inner hole side, an intermediate layer (b) located at a slag line part, and an outermost layer (c) formed of magnesia-graphite material. The refractory (a) of the nozzle body is formed of alumina-graphite, or zirconia-graphite material. The materials of different coefficient of thermal expansion are successively arranged toward the refractory (a) so that the thermal stress generated in the outermost layer (c) is mitigated. The magnesia-graphite material of the outermost layer (c) contains, by weight, 50-80% MgO, 10-40% C, 1-10% SiC, 1-10% B4 C. Generation of cracks attributable to the thermal stress in receiving the steel can be prevented, and erosion attributable to the molten slag during the casting can be reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of the negative pressure over the whole stepped part, to prevent generation of the swirl at the lower end of the step, and to prevent a nozzle from being clogged by the inclusions by providing a stepped part in an inner hole part of the nozzle, and blowing the reducing gas or the inert gas from a lower side of the stepped part. SOLUTION: A stepped part 7 to be swollen inwardly is provided in an inner hole part of a dipping nozzle 1. A gas blowing part 5 consisting of the porous material to pass the reducing gas or the inert gas is provided on a lower side of the stepped part 7. When the gas is injected from the lower side of the stepped part 7, clogging of the nozzle 1 mainly with the alumina oxide can be effectively prevented. No negative pressure is generated at the lower end of the stepped part 7, and no swirl is generated at the lower end of the stepped part 7. Abnormal discharge flow attributable to the stepped part 7 is eliminated, and the molten metal is poured into a mold in the contracted vein. When the lower side of the stepped part 7 is inclined upward, the wear, erosion, infiltration, etc., of the porous part can be reduced.
