    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of environment and decreasing of a sterilization liquid due to evaporation leakage of a sterilization washing liquid from happening by a method wherein the title device is equipped with a sterilization liquid circulating device which consists of an exhaust duct to guide air containing the vapor of a sterilization washing liquid in a germfree chamber to the outside, a condensation device for the sterilization washing liquid, which is arranged in this duct and a sterilization liquid guide pipe to guide a liquefied sterilization washing liquid to a sterilization tank. CONSTITUTION:A sterilization liquid circulating device 5 disposed in a germfree chamber 21a for a sterilization device 21 guides air containing vapor of a sterilization washing liquid, which is evaporated by high temperature of a sterilization tank 23a and washing tank 24a, and hot air of hot air drying stations 26, 27, to the outside through an exhaust duct 8. The vapor of the sterilization washing liquid which passes through the inside of this exhaust duct 8 is brought into contact with a condensation device 7 which is disposed in the exhaust duct 8, cooled and liquefied into the sterilization washing liquid. The sterilization liquid circulating device 5 can return the liquefied sterilization washing liquid to the sterilization tank 23a through a sterilization liquid guide pipe 10. The air in the sterilization device 21, from which the vapor of the sterilization washing liquid is removed, is discharged to the outside through a straightening vane which is disposed at the outlet of the exhaust duct 8.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the uneven application of disinfecting agent and heat to a container and thus improve disinfecting efficiency, by spraying the container with disinfecting agent after spraying the same with steam for preheating and moistening and thereafter heating the container with a hot air for decomposition and evaporization of the disinfecting agent. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of a liquid paper container, before being filled with its content, is sprayed with a steam, so that the inner surface temperature thereof will become 80-90 deg.C. The inner surface of the container, after being preheated and moistened, is sprayed with a disinfecting agent, for example, an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution of 35% and thereafter heated with a hot air to decompose and vaporize the hydrogen peroxide. The preheating and moistening with steam in this way prevents an uneven temperature distribution of the container and, when the inner surface of the container is sprayed with the disinfecting agent, it makes the container adequately wettable to attain an disinfecting efficiency without irregularity, leading to an efficient disinfecting action.

    • PURPOSE:To permit an effective sterilization with a small amount of sterilizer, by moistening the inner surfaces of pipes and the interior of chambers with steam before spraying of sterilizer, leaving the same standing for a predetermined time after the sterilizer spraying and delivering a jet of a hot air heated to a predetermined temperature for drying. CONSTITUTION:Steam is sprayed from spray nozzles 29 provided in first and second positive pressure chambers 33 and 34 so as to moisten the inner surfaces of an air blowing pipe 19 and the first and second positive pressure chambers 33 and 34, and a three-way valve 38 is then switched over to spray a sterilizer for 2-3 seconds from the spray nozzles 29. A stream of a sterile air is provided by operating a blower 25. Immediately after the termination of sterilizer spraying, the operation of the blower 25 is stopped and left standing for 10-60 minutes and thereafter the sterile air heated to 100 deg.C by a heating means 27 of the blower 25 is supplied so as to dry the sterilizer attached to the inner surfaces of the air blowing pipe 19 and first and second positive pressure chambers, whereby the inner surfaces of the pipe and the interior of the chambers can be effectively sterilized with a relatively small amount of the sterilizer.
