摘要： To obtain a laser light source module, a copper-based material is press-fitted into a through hole formed in a stem made of an iron-based material, thereby forming a first heat sink. A mount made of a copper-based material is fixed to the first heat sink and at least one semiconductor laser device is mounted on the mount. A second heat sink is bonded to lower surfaces of the stem and the first heat sink by a thermal conductive adhesive. An upper surface of the first heat sink is located on a same plane as that of the stem, and a lower surface of the first heat sink is located higher than that of the stem.

摘要： In a receiving side apparatus 150, reception quality of receive data is measured by a reception quality measurement section 157, receive data errors are detected by an error detection section 156, and when an error is detected a retransmission request signal and reception quality signal are transmitted multiplexed with transmit data by a transmit frame creation section 158. In a transmitting side apparatus 100, when a retransmission request signal is received a capacity necessary for demodulating data in a receiving side apparatus 150 is detected from a reception quality signal by a scheduling section 110, and data is retransmitted at that capacity. By this means it is possible to reduce the number of data retransmissions during transmission and reception, and to improve transmission efficiency.

摘要： A spiral wound gasket is formed by winding combinedly and spirally a metal strip having at least one bend along its lateral direction and a belt-shaped filler in such a way that the metal strip and the filler are laminated together along their longitudinal direction and the filler protrudes from both lateral edges of the metal strip. The spiral wound gasket employs, as the filler, a flexible tape of carbon/carbon composites having a structure in which a carbon fiber, in the form of a bundle or string, is contained in the interior of an expanded graphite tape and the carbon fiber is located at the bend of the flexible tape formed when the laminate of the flexible tape and the metal strip in is wound. The spiral wound gasket is used as a pipe fitting etc. under high temperature and pressure conditions.
