    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin tube type heat exchanger capable of providing a high heat transfer coefficient and suppressing increase of draft resistance when frost is formed.
      SOLUTION: This fin tube type heat exchanger is provided with: a heat transfer tube penetrating a plurality of plate-like fins arranged in parallel with one another at set intervals; and a plurality of flat slit surfaces 1 formed by cutting and raising the fins. In the slits surfaces 1, the heights of the slit surfaces 1 are arranged in a step-like form from the upstream side to the down stream side; and ends of the fins on the upstream side are provided with a straightening surface 9 formed by being bent to guide air entering into a passage formed between the slit surfaces 1 of the fins adjacent to each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat storage performance and eliminate the possibility of collapse due to expansion or the like by a method wherein a pipe formed through serpentine forming, and a sheet material, set in parallel to a predetermined plane, are contacted to reduce icing time and increase the volume of produced ice, which occupies in the amount of water in an ice heat storage tank. SOLUTION: A pipe 1 is formed through serpentine forming and one sheet or more of sheet materials 9, parallel to a predetermined plane, are provided with a plurality of slits 10 while cut pieces 9a, 9b which are pinched between each slits 10, are bent so as to contact with the fore and rear sides of the serpentine-formed surface of the pipe 1 alternately or contact with one piece of the pipe 1 and, thereafter, are inserted from the side surfaces of the serpentine-formed surface. The cut pieces 9a, contacting with the opposite side of the pipe 1, are arranged at both ends of the cut pieces 9a brought into contact with one side of the pipe 1. When the cut pieces 9a are bent into the pipe 1 alternately or into the pipe 1, a binding force for the pipe 1 due to the mutual effect of both of the cut pieces 9a, 9b is obtained whereby a heat exchanging efficiency is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the perfect air-tightness even in the case of being a pipe with groove in the inner surface and a small diameter pipe and also, to execute flare- forming to the end part of a cooling pipe at the same time by sealing the outer periphery of the cooling pipe, at the time of expanding the diameter of the cooling pipe in a cross fin type heat exchanger by hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 3 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface at the end part of the cooling pipe 1, and a hydraulic nozzle 7 forming a liquid passage 8 in the inner part is forcedly inserted into the end part of the cooling pipe 1. The outer peripheral surface of the cooling pipe 1 is pressed to stick to the inner surface of the elastic body 3 to keep the air-tightness, and by pouring high pressure liquid into the cooling pipe 1, the diameter of the cooling pipe 1 is expanded and the expanded cooling pipe is closely stuck to the fins 2. The elastic body 3 and the hydraulic nozzle 7 are formed, such as a die and a punch for flare-forming and at the time of expanding the pipe diameter by the hydraulic pressure, the flare-forming work is executed at the same time. The device can be applied to the heat exchanger of the pipe with groove in the inner surface and the small diameter pipe, too. Further, the flare-forming work can be executed at the same time.

SOLUTION: Holding a vacuum formed plastic inner box 1 between the upper and the lower dies of an injection molding machine, the shape of each of the components is formed on the plastic inner box 1 with outserting mold directly by injecting plastics of the same quality as that of the plastic inner box 1 into both dies. The container box 2 of the cooling fan motor inside the refrigerator and the container 6 of the indoor lamp are molded directly on the inner box and on the opposing side of the plastic inner box 1 at the position of the container 2 of the cooling fan inside the refrigerator and the container 6 of the indoor lamp, anchor type latching parts are formed as a unit and fixed to the inner box 1 with the adhesive. Therefore, the transferring of molded components to the inner box assembling shop can be eliminated, and the large distribution cost and assembling cost can be saved.

    • PURPOSE: To achieve the highly reliable expansion of a tube by expanding a heat conductive tube by filling the high pressure liquid in the tube to perform the complete sealing after the end part of the heat conductive tube is inserted between a liquid pressure nozzle and an elastic cylindrical body, and the end part of the heat conductive tube is restrained by compressing and deforming the elastic cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION: In using a hydraulic tube expanding device, an end part of a heat conductive tube 1 is inserted in the clearance between a hydraulic nozzle 3 and the inner diameter of an elastic cylindrical body 5 to this end face make the inner diameter of the rigid cylindrical body 6. The rigid cylindrical body 6 is advanced by a pressing cylinder through a screwed block body 10, and the elastic cylindrical body 5 is compressed in the axial direction to radially expand the elastic cylindrical body, and the outer circumferential surface of the heat conductive tube 1 is restrained to keep it airtight. Then, the liquid is poured from the high pressure feeding source into the heat conductive tube 1 by being successively passed through the block 7, the rigid cylindrical body 6, and the respective liquid passages 7a, 6a, 3a, 3b of the liquid pressure nozzle 3, and the heat conductive tube 1 is expanded and tightly adhered to a fin 2 with this pressure. The outer circumferential surface of the heat conductive tube 1 is sealed by the elastic cylindrical body 5.
