    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal device capable of reducing the load on a driving section and reducing electric power consumption i.e. a running cost while maintaining a crushing ability. SOLUTION: The garbage disposal device constituted to compost the garbage by mixing the same with a fermentation bed 4 including aerobic bacteria is provided with stationary blades 9 facing downward at the apex of the inside wall of a fermentation tank 1 or is provided with the same to face horizontal on the side walls. The stationary blades are positioned upper than the bottom end of a compost discharge port when the flanks of the fermentation tank are provided with the stationary blades. As a result, the force necessary for crushing is applied on the neck part of agitating arms 5 and, therefore, the agitating torque applied on a driving means 7 is small. In addition, not the fermentation bed 4 in the compressed fermentation tank 1 but the fermentation bed 4 in the upper part where the void volume is high is crushed and, therefore, the agitating torque may be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the storage time in each of sections even if fluctuations in load are generated, in an apparatus wherein a fermentation tank is divided into a plurality of sections and stirring arms are provided to all the sections, by successively opening and closing movable doors closing the upper space in the fermentation tank at every sections from the section on a side having a discharge port. SOLUTION: A fermentation tank is divided into sections 1a, 1b by a partition wall 2 and a lid 4 is attached to the upper part of the section 1a and fixed blades 5 are provided to the bottom part thereof. A rotary shaft 11 is arranged to the center part of the fermentation tank so as to pierce the section 1a, 1b and a plurality of stirring arms 12 are attached to the rotary shaft 11. The movable door 28 opening and closing the opening part 27 of the upper part of the partition wall 2 and the movable door 30 opening and closing the discharge port 29 between the section 1b and a stocker 8 are provided and, when a time zone when org. waste is charged is inputted, the signal thereof is sent to a control means 32 and the opening and closing times of the movable doors 28, 30 are set so that the stagnation times of org. waste can be ensured in the sections 1a, 1b and, when the movable door 28 is opened, a warning is generated so as not to discharge org. waste.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fast fermentation rate and to decrease the cost to produce a compost from a biological solid org. waste by aerobic solid fermentation method by adding a low molecular accelerating factor for microbes during the fermentation proceeds. SOLUTION: A mixture of a primary fermented compost of a biological solid org. waste and a secondary fermented compost as seeds, or a mixture of a primary fermented compost of a biological solid org. waste, a biological solid org. waste and a secondary fermented compost as seeds is heaped to obtain a bed, through which an oxygencontg. gas is permeated to effect aerobic solid fermentation. During fermentation, the lower layer of the bed is withdrawn and returned as the uppermost layer of the bed, while a low molecular accelerating factor for microbial growth or a low molecular accelerating factor for microbial growth and an ash produced from one or more kinds of compost, microbial sludge, paper and plants is added to effect fermentation to obtain a compost. As for the low molecular accelerating factor for microbial growth, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid. nicotinic acid, inositol can be used.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of immobilized gelatinous material in a bioreactor by mechanical shock, by controlling the air flow according to the state of the immobilized particles and the flowing state of the reaction liquid in a suspension reaction column. CONSTITUTION:The kinetic pressure generated by the flow of the suspension in an immobilized enzyme suspension reactor 4 is detected by the pressure sensor 8. The flow of air supplied to the reactor 4 is adjusted by the regulator 9 according to the signal S1 of the sensor 8, and the control valve 10 is operated by the signal S2 to control the air flow through the pipe 24. The air flow necessary for the fluidization of the suspension can be controlled to a level to keep the immobilized material from breakage even if the immobilized material is filled in the reactor 4 in high concentration.
