    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a highly accurate registering by setting and positioning a stamper as being mounted on the mold movable side in the peripheral direction and at an arbitrary angle with reference to the start or completion of recording area of the stamper mounted on the stationary side. SOLUTION: A movable side mirror surface block 2 is fitted in a movable side base 1 and a stamper 3 is held between an outer periphery holding rotation ring 4 and an inner peripheral holder 5, and a stationary side mirror surface 13 is fitted in a stationary side base 12, and a stamper 14 is held between an outer periphery holding rotation ring 15 and an inner peripheral holder 17. Into the cavity 19 formed with the bases 1, 12 and stampers 31, 14 molten resin is injected and filled up through a sprue 18 so as to transfer information signals on both surfaces of the substrate. A tooth wheel set on the outer periphery of the outer periphery holding rotation ring 4 is meshed with a screw tooth wheel 6 in order to conduct the shaft 7 of the tooth wheel outward via a bearing buried in the base 1 with a rotational fine dimension measuring tool equipped on its outer wall surface. Thus, peripheral directional angles of the disk substrate table and recording area starting position can be arbitrarily positioned highly accurately.

    • PURPOSE:To enable molding whose molding distortion is little, by a method wherein pressure to be applied to resin at a compression process in injection compression molding is controlled based on a pressure profile established beforehand. CONSTITUTION:After compression force is applied to resin in a cavity 4 with a key board 32 or a floppy disk 33, a resin pressure profile to release the compression force immediately is established on CPU 31. The CPU 31 operates hydraulic pressure of a compression cylinder on the basis of established resin pressure corresponding to the time t=t2 elapsed from completion of cutting of a gate, this hydraulic pressure signal actuates a servovalve 28, hydraulic pressure is applied to the inside of a compression hydraulic cylinder 17a and the pressure is applied to the resin in the cavity 4. When a resin pressure signal detected by a sensor 10 is applied to the CPU 31, the CPU 31 operates the hydraulic pressure of the compression cylinder to be applied to the CPU 31 next time with a deviation DELTAp with the established resin pressure corresponding to the time t=t2 elapsed from the completion of the cutting of the gate and established resin pressure corresponding to the time t=t2+DELTAt elasped. This hydraulic pressure signal is applied to the servovalve 28 and resin pressure at the time t=t2+DELTAt elasped is controlled through the compression core 18.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a highly efficient producing device of an information recording carrier with high quality by protruding intentionally liquid resin from the outer peripheries of plural metallic stampers, irradiating radiant rays only to a range to be the information recording carrier to harden the resin and then sucking and discharging the residual liquid resin.
      CONSTITUTION: Injected resin is pressed up to a prescribed disk thickness. To prevent the resin from mixing with air bubbles more effectively, an extruding mechanism consisting of a compression spring 17 and a center pin 18 is formed on the center part of a substrate and the contact of the liquid resin with the substrate is expanded successively from the center to the outer periphery by said mechanism to improve the air mixing preventing effect. After completing the pressing, the resin film is exposed to light by a radiant ray light source under the pressed status to harden the resin film. After completing the exposure, the liquid resin projected to the outer periphery of the substrate 2 which is unhardened by a mask (radiant ray shielding part) is discharged to the outside of the device by a suction/discharge mechanism through a liquid resin discharging course and a resin discharge pipe 15.
