摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing films in which incomplete shapes are generated rarely and films in which desired uneven patterns are formed by curing a resin. SOLUTION: In a film making method in which an uncured resin 22 is passed between a mold roll 14 in which a desired shape is engraved on the surface and a press roll 17, and the resin 22 is molded into the desired shape, a resin layer is form to be narrower than the roll 14 and thicker than the clearance between the rolls 14 and roll 17 so that a retention part 23 is formed, in which the resin constituting the resin layer. while being retained in the meeting part of the rolls 14, 17, is spread in the cross direction. In the retention part, since the resin is defoamed, incomplete shapes are generated rarely.

In the pressure setting of a pressure setting controller 6, a calculator in the electropneumatic regulator 5 functions to control a pressure control valve, and the inner pressure of a viscous liquid storage pressurizing tank 10 is adjusted to a set value. In this case, a pressure transducer 7 detects the pressure in the tank 10 to feed back the detected pressure data to a comparative calculator in the regulator 5. Thus the optimal control is executed while the set value is always compared with an execution value.

Further, this manufacturing method of the diffuse reflecting plate includes a process for pressing the transferring laminate to the application base plate so as to bring contact with the bonding surface of the thin film layer, a process for peeling off the temporary support and a process for forming a reflecting film on the rugged surface of the thin film layer.

Because the mounting plate 4 is formed by thermosetting resin of a molding shrinkage rate of 0.1% or below, molding strain is reduced and thermal stress which is generated around a bolt combining the mounting plate 4 and the cylinder head at the time of a heat hysterisis by the substantially same value as the coefficient of linear expansion of the cylinder head is reduced.
