One aspect of the present invention provides a multi-step height adjuster comprising: a base tube part having a first base tube, and a second base tube capable of vertically reciprocating in the first base tube; a spindle part having a first spindle, which is provided in the first base tube so as to be capable of vertically reciprocating in the first base tube, and a second spindle, which is provided in the second base tube so as to be capable of vertically reciprocating in the second base tube; and an adjusting part which is provided at the spindle part and which transmits power to the spindle part, wherein the first spindle and the second base tube integrally move together.
