A capsule for use in apparatus for dispensing liquid beverage, the capsule including at least one capsule side wall, a capsule base and a capsule lid defining a capsule cavity containing concentrated beverage and first and second capsule conduits that in use selectively couple to first and second conduits in a beverage receptacle so that when the first conduit is coupled to a fluid supply,fluid is supplied to the capsule and the liquid beverage is supplied to the receptacle.
