A automatic detection intelligent of repair wheel method, it used machining work with grinding. The method including, (a) setting step: set and repair the given numerical value; (b) lapping step: the spindle wheel grinded the the workpiece, and automatic detection the load value; (c) grinding step: when load value reached the given numerical value, the spindle wheel stopped to grinding and repair and lapping; (d) repeat step: if spindle wheel reached the given numerical value again, and carry on grinding step again, according to the above step repeat operation result to grinded given type of the workpiece. (e) consummation step: close the machine after finishing grinding and take out the workpiece. Hereby, provided about reached automatic detection wheel wear and tear and to repair when carry on machining, it replaced human judgment and carried out human operation repair procedure, and increase work efficiency of automatic detection intelligent of repair wheel method.
