금속산화박막 패턴형성용 코팅제 및 나노임프린트를 이용한 금속산화박막 패턴형성방법에 관한 것으로서, 경화시간을 단축시키고 임프린트를 가능하게 하는 최적의 코팅제를 사용하는 것으로, 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 지르코닐 2-에틸헥사노에이트(Zirconyl 2-ethylhexanoate) 및 지르코늄 카복시 에틸 아크릴레이트 (Zirconium caboxyethyl acrylate)로 이루어진 산화지르코늄 전구체, 개시제, 및 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화박막 패턴형성용 코팅제 및 이를 이용한 나노 임프린트를 이용한 금속산화박막 패턴형성 방법이 제공된다.

本发明涉及一种用于金属氧化物薄膜图案化的涂层剂和使用纳米压印的金属氧化物薄膜图案化方法，该方法使用最佳涂层剂来减少固化时间并实现印迹。 本发明提供了一种金属氧化物薄膜用涂布剂，其特征在于，包括：由本发明的实施方式的2-乙基己酸氧锆和丙烯酸羧乙酯锆构成的氧化锆前体; 引发剂和溶剂; 以及使用纳米压印的金属氧化物薄膜图案化方法。

Relates to a metal oxide thin film pattern forming method using a coating agent, and nano-imprint for the metal oxide thin film pattern formation, reduce the curing times and by using the optimum coating agent which enables the imprint, konil zirconates according to the embodiment of the present invention 2-ethylhexanoate (Zirconyl 2-ethylhexanoate), and zirconium-carboxy ethyl acrylate (zirconium caboxyethyl acrylate) as consisting of a zirconium oxide precursor, initiator, and a solvent containing a characterized in that the metal oxide thin film pattern formed for coating, and this using the metal oxide thin film pattern forming method using the nano-imprinting is provided.
