摘要（英）：
One embodiment relates to a method of inspecting a site located in the target substrate. The contours generated from the reference image using the design time is obtained. The image of the target site location is obtained. Contours have been arranged in a target image, the contrast value is calculated for the pixels of the outline. It determines a contour-based stains defect by applying a threshold to said contrast value. Another embodiment relates to a method for generating a contour that is used to check the position with respect to the defect site. Other embodiments, aspects and features are also disclosed.
