PURPOSE: A balun circuit which uses a defected ground structure is provided to reduce the loss in high frequency by performing termination using transmission line ground. CONSTITUTION: A ground surface of formed on the one surface of a substrate. The ground surface forms a defected structure. Two transmission lines are separated from each other. The two transmission lines are formed on the opposite side of the substrate of the ground surface. One between the two transmission lines is grounded.
