PURPOSE: An organic rankine cycle power generation system is provided to reduce the enthalpy of the rear ends of first and second turbines by cooling a condenser using a solar absorption chiller and an engine chiller at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An organic rankine cycle power generation system(100) comprises an energy supply unit(102), a pre-heater(104), an evaporator(106), a first turbine(108a), a first electricity generating unit(110a), a first electricity converter(111a), a first electricity supply unit(113a), a second turbine(108b), a second electricity generating unit(110b), a second electricity converter(111b), a second electricity supply unit(113b), a condenser(114), an engine chiller(116), a storage tank(118), and a pump(120). The second turbine coverts gas from the evaporator into mechanical energy when the amount of gas flowing into the first turbine exceeds a reference range. The second turbine is parallel to the first turbine. The second electricity converter is connected to the second electricity generating unit, and converts the electricity from the second electricity generating unit into the electricity at a constant level. The second electricity supply unit is connected to the second electricity converter, and supplied with the electricity at the constant lever from the second electricity converter.
