PURPOSE: An electrical vehicle for low exhaust and a driving range extending are provided to extend the driving range or a vehicle by discharging a battery with gas turbine generation. CONSTITUTION: An electrical vehicle(100) for low exhaust and a driving range extending comprises a fuel supplier(10), a gas turbine(20), a first electric generator(30), a sterling engine(40), a second electric generator(50), a battery pack(60), a driving motor(70), and a wheel axle(98). The fuel supplier supplies fuel to the gas turbine. The gas turbine is connected to the fuel supplier and rotated by the combustion of the supplied fuel. The first electric generator is connected to the gas turbine and generates first electric energy. The sterling engine is connected to the gas turbine and generates mechanic torque by receiving the exhaust gas. The second electric generator is connected to the sterling engine and generates second energy. The battery pack is stores the first and the second electric energy. The driving motor is connected to the battery pack and driven by using the power stored in the battery pack. The wheel axle is connected to the driving motor and rotated by the torque of the driving motor.
