摘要：
PURPOSE: A structure of a grill using a capillary phenomenon and a siphon principle is provided to naturally discharge oil and beef stock through a capillary tube and a pipe-shaped siphon hole of a grill rib. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a grill using a capillary phenomenon and a siphon principle comprises a grill frame, grill ribs(60), capillary tubes(40), and pipe-shaped siphon holes(50). The capillary tubes are installed in the bottom ends of the grill ribs and absorb oil or beef stock discharged during cooking. The siphon holes are formed inside the grill ribs and discharge the absorbed oil or the beef stock t heat absorbing units(20) to heat emitting units(30).

目的：提供使用毛细管现象和虹吸原理的格栅结构，通过毛细管和格栅肋的管状虹吸孔自然排出油和牛肉。 构成：使用毛细管现象和虹吸原理的格栅的结构包括格栅架，格栅肋（60），毛细管（40）和管状虹吸孔（50）。 毛细管安装在格栅肋的底端，吸收在烹饪过程中排出的油或牛肉。 虹吸孔形成在格栅肋内，并将吸收的油或牛肉t吸热单元（20）排放到发热单元（30）。
