PURPOSE: A torsion vibrating damper is provided to expand the life expectance of the torsion vibrating damper by filling new damping fluid in the interval of operations. CONSTITUTION: A torsion vibrating damper includes a housing(1), a vibrating ring(6), and an oil receiver(11). The housing includes a fluid sealing type ring-shaped chamber(2). The vibrating ring is supported by the ring-shaped chamber. The oil receiver is formed between the vibrating ring and the housing. The oil receiver is a gap shape and is filled with damping fluid. The oil receiver includes an oil inlet and an oil outlet.
