알루미늄또는알루미늄합금재질제품의표면에균열에강한내균열층을형성하는방법이개시된다. 개시된알루미늄표면에내균열층을형성하는방법은, 알루미늄(Al)을주성분으로포함하는금속으로이루어진모재(母材)의표면에마그네슘(Mg)을적층하여마그네슘층을형성하는마그네슘층형성단계, 및마그네슘층이형성된모재를 200 내지 600℃의 온도로가열하여, 모재의표면의내부로마그네슘을확산침투시켜내균열층을형성하는열처리단계를구비한다.

The method of forming an anti-cracking layer resistant to cracking in the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy products are provided. The disclosed method of forming an anti-cracking layer on the aluminum surface, the magnesium layer forming step of laminating a magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al) on the surface of the base material (母 材) made of a metal containing as a main component to form a magnesium oxide layer, and the magnesium layer is heated to a temperature of the base material to 200 to 600 ℃ formed, and a heat treatment step of forming the anti-crack layer diffuses into the magnesium penetration of the surface of the base material.
