The present invention relates to a metal tube covering optical fiber (100), including an optical fiber (20) having a core (21) and a cladding layer (22); a cylindrical metal tube (10) covering the optical fiber and having one or more grooves (12) in the longitudinal direction; and an epoxy resin coupling unit (30) connecting the optical fiber and the metal tube, when the epoxy resin is injected through the groove of the metal tube.
