摘要（英）：
The angular displacement of the object is measured by an interferometer by dividing the laser beam into a reference beam and the measurement beam. Reference beam is directed to a fixed reference recursive reflector, then directed to the phase shift detector. The measuring beam is directed to the rotatable reflective surface of the object, is then directed to a fixed measuring recursive reflector, then go back to the rotatable reflective surface and then directed to the phase shift detector, so that the phase shift detector comprises a rotatable reflective surface is displaced when measures the angular displacement of the rotatable reflective surface when the path length of the measuring beam changes.
