PURPOSE: A barker apparatus useful for peeling skin and/or outer film of fish by mechanical tools is provided which can be compatible with other devices and can be applied to a fish such as soft salmon fillet, thick parts of saury and/or mackerel or similar without any injury. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) comprises: a peeling blade; a peeling section(20) including a blade carrier(23) for controlling levels of the blade fixed inside a base stand(10) and a saw roller(21) and a scraper roller(24); a tensile control section(40) arranged at both sides of the base stand and to control tensile strength of the carrier by tensile force of a spring rotating by a reciprocal behavior of a handle; a material pressing section removably provided at upper side of the base stand, having an elastic press belt coupled by multiple rollers to uniformly compress the material; and a power transfer section to provide the power of a motor by means of a chain and a chain gear.
