複数の二次電池を並列接続したシステムにおける出力制御装置。電池温度及び充電状態(SOC)が低く、要求出力を満足できない場合に、電池ECU(16)は一方の二次電池(10a)から他方の二次電池(10b)に蓄電電荷を全て移動させる。二次電池(10b)のSOCは蓄電電荷の移動により増大し、要求出力を満足するための出力が得られる。また、蓄電電荷の移動による熱エネルギにより二次電池を加熱する。

Output control apparatus in a system connected in parallel a plurality of secondary batteries. Battery temperature and state of charge (SOC) is low, if it can not satisfy the required output, the battery ECU (16) moves all power storage charge from one battery (10a) on the other of the secondary battery (10b). SOC of the secondary battery (10b) is increased by the movement of the electric storage charge, the output for satisfying the required output. Also, heating the secondary battery by the thermal energy caused by the movement of the electric storage charge.
