摘要:
PURPOSE: To provide both a means for simply detecting and determining only an ε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site with a high sensitivity in a short time without being influenced by a difference in kind of proteins as compared with a conventional method and a method for detecting and determining the ε-(γ- glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site without breakage. CONSTITUTION: This method for determining an ε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site according to an immunoassay using a monoclonal antibody having a high affinity for the ε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site. Thereby, the distribution of the ε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site is measured by using the anti-ε-(γ- glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site monoclonal antibody.
