To enhance operation performance by making relative operation of a cylinder device and a spring smooth.SOLUTION: A suspension device comprises a hydraulic shock absorber 2 as a cylinder device which is provided between side of a body and wheel side of a vehicle and generates damping force, a first spring seat 21 and a second spring seat 12 which are provided on outer peripheral side of the hydraulic shock absorber 2, a spring 13 which is provided between the first spring seat 21 and the second spring seat 12 and is disposed so as to wind around the hydraulic shock absorber 2 and a position adjustment mechanism 14 which is provided on the hydraulic shock absorber 2 and is capable of adjusting position of the first spring seat 21. Moreover, the position adjustment mechanism 14 is provided between the first spring seat 21 and the second spring seat 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
