PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold vacuum valve which achieves the reduction of stress in an insulating layer provided on the outer periphery thereof.SOLUTION: The mold vacuum valve comprises: a vacuum insulation container (1) housing a pair of contacts which are freely brought into contact with/separated from each other; sealing fittings (2, 3) sealed to both end openings of the vacuum insulation container (1); metal caps (6, 9) provided so as to cover sealing portions between the vacuum insulation container (1) and the sealing fittings (2, 3); conductive elastic members (7, 10) which are compressed at a predetermined pressure and are fixed between the sealing fittings (2, 3) and the metal caps (6, 9) in a contact manner; and an insulating layer (11) made of a thermosetting resin, which is formed on the outer periphery of the vacuum insulation container (1) including the metal caps (6, 9).
