PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling machine which discharges dough in an accurate amount, and is easy to take apart, clean, and assemble.SOLUTION: The filling machine includes: a plurality of teeth that extend in an axial direction; a first rotor that has a circular groove formed in the axial direction at a given interval; a second rotor that is engaged with the first rotor, and has a plurality of teeth that extend in the axial direction and a circular groove formed at the same position in the axial direction as the first rotor; an upper partition plate-connected body obtained by connecting a plurality of upper partition plates to a lateral connecting member, which has a pair of recessed parts and is fitted in the circular grooves of the first rotor and the second rotor; a lower partition plate-connected body obtained by connecting a lower partition plate to a bottom plate member which has a plurality of nozzle parts, which has a pair of recessed parts and is fitted in a lower side of the circular groove of the rotor; an upper rotor case which is installed in communication to the bottom of a hopper for storing the dough, and has an inlet hole formed to take in the dough; and a lower rotor case which is combined with the upper rotor case, and has an outlet hole formed to expose the nozzle parts outside.
