PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet inversion device capable of reducing damage of a tip of a sheet inversion operation by a simple configuration and solving a problem of improper conveyance due to the damage of the tip of the sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet inversion device 10 is constituted by providing a first inversion roller to a third inversion roller 15, 16, 17 having a carrying-in passage 11 for carrying in a sheet, a switch-back inversion passage 12 for inverting the direction of conveyance of sheet, and a carrying-out passage 13 for carrying out a sheet and constituted by attaching a roller member to a shaft-like member in a part where the carrying-in passage and the carrying-out passage are connected with the switch-back inversion passage, bringing the first inversion roller and the second inversion roller into pressure-contact mutually, bringing the second inversion roller and the third inversion roller into pressure-contact mutually, and setting the direction of sheet conveyance in a pressure-contact part of the first inversion roller and the second inversion roller and the direction of sheet conveyance in a pressure-contact part of the second inversion roller and the third inversion roller to substantially reverse directions.
