Siphon bottles.-In siphon heads of the kind described in Specifications 19,643 / 99 and 19,769/04, the flexible disk d seating. on. the porcelain block a to form the valve is held at its outer edge by a ring g, which is forced downwards by means independent of the screwing-on of the cap c. As shown, the ring g is attached to the tube h in which the plunger slides, and the tube h is continued through an opening in the cap c and adapted to be pressed by a cap screwing on to the cap c.
