The present invention provides a laying and cleaning protective device for the secondary cable of a transformer station. The mounting frame comprises a body, a connecting piece, a connecting bolt, a clamping screw and a clamping block. The connecting piece is connected with the body through the connecting bolt. The clamping screw is arranged on the connecting piece. The clamping block is connected with one end of the clamping bolt. The clamping cleaner includes a frame, a first screw, a second screw, a first tension spring, a second tension spring, a first roller brush and a second roller brush. The first and second roller brushes are respectively mounted on the frame through the first screw and the second screw. The first screw and the second screw are connected by the first tension spring and the second tension spring. During usage, the clamping cleaner is fixedly connected with the mounting frame through the combination connecting piece. The laying and cleaning protective device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient carrying and convenient installation.
