摘要： A modular water-resistant paneling system and method is configured for being retrofitted into walls of existing finished basements or buildings and/or used in new construction, using components fastenable onto wall studs supporting drywall. The components include dimensionally stable water-resistant panels, and finishing strips having a backing flange and an upper lip portion sized and shaped to receive upper edge portions of the panels therein. The backing flange is fastenable to the wall studs while maintaining the panels in spaced relation therefrom, to maintain interior facing surfaces of the panels and dry wall flush with one another. The upper lip portion includes opposing flanges configured for superposed engagement with adjacent portions of the interior facing surfaces of the panels and dry wall. Mounting clips are sized and shaped for receiving a stud therein, and have a support flange for supporting lower edge portions of the panels.

摘要： A motorized roller shade configured to connect to a power over Ethernet network includes a motor for rotating the shade to roll and unroll shade material to and from a roller tube to raise and lower the shade. A rechargeable battery positioned in the roller tube provides power to the motor and to logic and control circuitry also positioned within the roller tube. The logic and control circuitry charges the battery though power derived from the power over Ethernet network, and controls the operation of the motor to achieve a desired target velocity. Synchronized operation of multiple motorized roller shades is achieved though autonomous operation of the shades by their corresponding logic and control circuitry. In exemplary embodiments, a lighting element controlled by the logic and control circuity allows controlled lighting of the shade.

摘要： A privacy shield includes an arrangement of fabric panels including a top panel, a back panel and opposite side panels surrounding an interior privacy chamber. The top panel has a window with a movable flap cover for entry of light and viewing into the nursing chamber. Retractable drawstrings extending through seams of the panels allow for adjustment of the height and width of the nursing chamber. A skeletal frame member extends through a continuous sleeve along the peripheral edges of the fabric panels allowing the privacy shield to be collapsed under tension into a compact arrangement for transport and storage, and expanded in a "pop-open" action, wherein the frame member holds the arrangement of fabric panels taut in surrounding relation to the interior privacy chamber. An arrangement of straps with releasable fasteners allows the privacy shield to be secured to a baby stroller, chair or other structure.

摘要： The adjustable non-rigid step store gate device, as described in the specifications, can be used in many applications by the general public, at level areas or on inclines, limiting passage to certain areas; and is not limited to home or office. Optional methods of rotational mounting of the pivot post also exist. The expandable vertical picket blocking devices may also be composed of round or square vertical tubes or rods; various methods of mounting the first end and the second end of the stretch blocking assembly exist, including hook devices, and are thereby covered by this patent application.
