Es wird auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung und/oder Behandlung einer Wellpappenrohpapierbahn, insbesondere einer Testlinerbahn oder einer CM- oder Wellenbahn auf der Basis von Altpapier oder einer Kraftlinerbahn auf der Basis von Kurzfaser, beispielsweise von Eukalyptus angegeben, zu dessen Durchführung insbesondere die erfindungsgemäße Maschine verwendbar ist.

摘要： Bei einem Verfahren zur Aufbringung eines Stoffs auf eine sich bewegende Bahn (4) eines Guts wird ein Luft-Dampf-Gemisch mindestens einer Düse (13) zugeführt, in der der Stoff mittels des Luft-Dampf-Gemischs als Treibmittel in einer Aufbringungszone (32) auf die Bahn (4) aufgebracht wird. Überschüssiges Luft-Dampf-Gemisch und überschüssiger Stoff werden aus der Aufbringungszone (32) abgeführt. Um die Energieeffizienz eines derartigen Verfahrens zu verbessern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass zumindest ein Teil des aus der Aufbringungszone (32) abgeführten, überschüssigen Luft-Dampf-Gemischs recycelt und der mindestens einen Düse (13) wieder zugeführt wird. Darüber hinaus wird eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Durchführung des vorstehend beschriebenen Verfahrens vorgeschlagen.

The pressure-sensitive film (28)may also be disposed to detect details of coating application in a curtain coater (30). In one embodiment, the densifiable product includes fibers having low coarseness, preferably having a fiber coarseness less than about 22 mg/100 m, and a densifying agent. In another embodiment, the densifiable product further includes fibers having a coarseness greater than about 22 mg/100 m. Juvenile wood fibers are the preferred source of fibers having low coarseness. A densified pulp product formed by compacting a fibrous composite that includes fibers having a fiber coarseness less than about 22 mg/100 m, a densifying agent, and optionally, fibers having a coarseness grater than about 22 mg/100 m is also disclosed. The pulp products can be advantageously incorporated into absorbent articles and can optionally include superabsorbent material. Methods for forming the densifiable and densified fibrous products are also disclosed.

摘要： The present invention provides for methods and compositions for removing stickies and pitch from papermaking fiber by first chemically treating the papermaking fiber with a composition of at least two of an oil-soluble or water-dispersible hydrophobic polymer, an oil soluble or water-dispersible surfactant having an HLB of about 1 to about 10, a tackifier, and an oil-soluble or water-dispersible solvent then mechanically separating the agglomerated stickies and pitch from the papermaking fiber.
