摘要： A tamper-evident closure (10) for a container is provided. The closure (10) comprises a first portion including inner (20) and outer (21 ) parts, and a second portion (22), the portions being provided with an outer shell (5) which is separable into a first (12a) and second (12b) shell section. The first shell part is removable together with the inner and outer parts and the first portion is movable upon first opening from a first position in which the first and second shell parts are adjacent each other to a second position in which there is an unobstructed gap (G) therebetween. The outer part comprises a collar (21) rotatable relative to the inner part as the closure moves from the first to the second position and the first portion comprises locking means (47, 33) for irreversibly locking the closure in the second position upon first opening to prevent closing of the gap. The inner part including a line of weakness (39) which breaks upon first opening to define a tamper-evident member (37) visible in the gap in the second position.

摘要： There is described a fitment (10) for a container (14) housing one-way valve means adapted to enable the contents of the container to pass outwardly therefrom. The one-way valve means comprises a valve seat (36) and a valve member (34) movable out of and into engagement with the valve seat (36) to respectively open and close the valve means. At least one of the valve seat (36) and valve member (34) is formed of a resiliently deformable material and at least one of the valve seat (36) and valve member (34) are provided with a groove (60) such that when the valve member (34) lightly engages the valve seat (36) the groove (60) defines a pathway for the passage of air both into and out of the container. However, when the contact force between the valve seat (36) and the valve member (34) exceeds a predetermined value, at least one of the valve seat (36) and valve member (34) is deformed sufficiently to close the pathway.

摘要： A closure for wine bottle, especially a tear-off top-opening dual tamperproof closure for wine bottle is disclosed. The closure includes: a casing, a sleeve, an inner cap and a seat, the lower end of the seat is fastened onto a bottle mouth, the upper end of the seat is threaded onto the inner cap, the upper end of the inner cap is provided with a projection upwardly, the projection has a through hole at the center thereof, the top of the sleeve is provided with a top pushing piece, the casing encloses the sleeve and is fastened with the seat, the upper end of the casing is provided with an opening portion, and, the seat is provided with a flange, the inner side of the sleeve is provided with snap lugs, these snap lugs is pressed upwardly against the bottom face of the flange of the seat, and the positioning circumferentially of the inner cap is performed through engaging the external longitudinal ridges on the outer wall of the cap with the internal longitudinal ridges on the inner wall of the sleeve, wherein the center of the seat is provided with a boss which can be matched with the through hole of the inner cap, and the boss is connected with the seat by several spaced ribs. The closure can be opened easily, and has better performance of tamperproof.
