    • The present invention provides a method of forming an article (100) from a molten plastic composition comprising a polymer and a blowing agent.     • 본 발명은 양음각이 형성된 함침부재 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 요철부가 형성된 상부금형과 하부금형으로 이루어진 발포금형 내부에 함침부재발포액을 주입하여 상기 함침부재발포액을 발포시키면 함침부재발포액이 부풀어 올라 상부금형의 요철부에 의해 함침부재 표면에 양음각이 형성됨으로써, 불량률이 적으며, 상기 양음각이 형성된 함침부재에 화장료를 함침시켜 사용하게 되면 양음각에 오픈 셀(open cell)구조를 그대로 유지하면서 배출 표면적이 크게 형성되어 사용자가 가압하는 힘에 따라 내용물 배출량을 손쉽게 조절하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 양음각이 형성된 함침부재 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
