Способ включает формирование выбранного заказа через сервер системы для обработки его управляющим компьютером, в результате чего необходимая продуктовая основа, которая помещена в охладительную установку подается на первое транспортировочное устройство, на котором она подвергается расчетному пополнению определенными пищевыми ингредиентами, испускаемыми из установленных над первым транспортировочном устройством емкостей. После чего частично готовый продукт поступает на второе транспортировочное устройство, двигаясь по которому запекается до готовности в печной установке. Затем запеченный продукт попадает в упаковочную подсистему, соединенную с подсистемой временного хранения и выдачи готового и упакованного продукта. На выходах первого и второго транспортировочных устройств, установлены цифровые средства мониторинга качества продукции, изображения которой передаются в компьютерную систему, которая анализирует полученные изображения, сравнивая их с эталонными, и в случае неудовлетворительного результата формирует и направляет сигнал для изъятия некачественных продуктов, который реализуется посредством исполнительных элементов. Изобретение позволяет повысить безопасность и улучшить качество пищевой продукции.
