На выходах первого и второго транспортировочных устройств, установлены цифровые средства мониторинга качества продукции, изображения которой передаются в компьютерную систему, которая анализирует полученные изображения, сравнивая их с эталонными, и в случае неудовлетворительного результата формирует и направляет сигнал для изъятия некачественных продуктов, который реализуется посредством исполнительных элементов. Изобретение позволяет повысить безопасность и улучшить качество пищевой продукции.
