摘要： A self-fusible insulated wire produced by coating an insulated wire with a coating composed mainly of a polyamide resin and baking the coating film to provide a fusion layer on the outermost layer. The wire can provide a coil with the dimension close to that of a mold for windings, and the obtained coil has an excellent thermal deformation resistance at high temperature and a high adhesion between the wires. A resin component prepared by adding 2 to less than 10 parts by weight of a high-melting nylon resin having a melting point of 200 to 300 DEG C, such as nylon 66 or nylon 46, to 100 parts by weight of a copolyamide resin having a melting point of 105 to 150 DEG C is dissolved in an organic solvent to prepare a coating, which is applied onto a conductor directly or through other insulator, followed by baking to form a fusion layer as the outermost layer. The coating for forming the fusion layer is a polyamide resin coating wherein the molar content of the terminal carboxyl groups is lower than that of the terminal amino groups. This wire is useful for the production of a deflection yore or the like to be incorporated into a television receiver or the like.

摘要： The insulated electric wire of the invention is applicable for wirings and windings used in a high-vacuum or high-temperature environment, that is within high-vacuum or high-temperature equipment. This wire comprises a base member (1), an anodically oxidized layer (2), and an oxide insulating layer (3). The base member (1) includes a conductor and has at least on the outer surface thereof an aluminum or aluminum-alloy layer. The anodically oxidized layer (2) is formed on the surface thereof. The oxide insulating layer (3) is formed on the anodically oxidized layer (2) by the sol-gel method or by the organic acid salt thermal decomposition method. The insulated electric wire exhibits excellent heat-resistant insulating property and flexibility, and does not adsorb gases.
