    • 本開示は、流量検出部を含むチップパッケージと回路基板とのリフローはんだ付けにおける位置ずれを抑制することが可能な物理量検出装置を提供する。物理量検出装置は、回路基板140とチップパッケージ150とを備える。回路基板140は、複数のランド145と固定用ランド146とを有する。チップパッケージ150は、被計測気体の流量を検出する流量検出部と、チップパッケージ150の幅方向Dwの両側へ突出する複数のアウターリード155と、チップパッケージ150から突出する固定用リード156とを有する。アウターリード155の先端部は、寸法が大きいランド145にはんだSを介して接合される。固定用リード156の先端部は、固定用リード156にはんだSを介して接合される。幅方向Dwにおいて、固定用リード156の先端部と固定用ランド146との寸法差が、アウターリード155の先端部とランド145との寸法差よりも小さい。
