    • The present invention pertains to the field of air-conditioning, ventilation and heating systems and more particularly to that of heating appliances fitted with automatic regulators. This invention more precisely relates to a temperature regulation device and to a convector, wherein said device uses the cinematic energy of the air flow circulating through the appliance and includes a propeller for collecting this energy and converting it into a rotating movement. The propeller movement is transmitted through a reducing gear that reduces the number of revolutions by 1000 to a regulation organ which will thus slowly rotate in one direction or the other. As the driving shaft of the reducing gear rotates constantly in one direction, the driven shaft is capable of rotation in both directions. A mechanism is actuated using a lever which is automatically controlled by a thermo-sensitive member according to the air temperature in the building. If the air temperature in the building is lower than a predetermined value, the mechanism is switched to an "opening" mode and the regulation organ starts opening itself, thus increasing the thermal exchange intensity as well as the air temperature in the building. When the temperature reaches the predetermined value, the mechanism is switched to a "closing" mode.

    • A control system for controlling an air handling unit (10). The control system links the position of an exhaust air damper (16) and a recirculation air damper (18) so as the exhaust air damper (16) is opened, the recirculation air damper (18) is closed the same amount, and vice-versa. An outside air damper (14) remains completely open at all times.
