    • Es wird eine neue Vorrichtung zum Verbrennen eines flüssigen oder pulverförmi gen Brennstoffes beschrieben mit einer Zerstäuberdüse (2), die eine Ventilanord¬ nung (41) für die Steuerung der Zufuhr des Brennstoffes, einen Druckluftanschluss (4), eine Mischkammer (38) für die Mischung des Brennstoffes mit Druckluft und eine Düsenöffnung (23) zur Zerstäubung eines Nebels von Brennstoff in Druckluft aufweist. Es sind eine Zuleitung (28) für den Brennstoff und eine Vorwärmeinrichtung (5) vorgesehen, welche in einem die Düse (2) einfassenden Düsenstock angebracht sind. Es sind ferner Luftkanäle in einer die Vorwärm- einrichtung (5) umgebenden Ummantelung (3) und eine Befestigungshülse (13) mit an die Luftkanäle anschliessenden Verbindungskanälen vorgesehen, wobei die Ummantelung (3) mit dem Düsenstock (12) der Zerstäuberdüse (2) einen Ringspalt (21) für die Zufuhr und Erwärmung der Druckluft bildet. Vom Ringspalt (21 ) ausgehend sind Luftzufuhrleitungen (50) im Düsenkörper (20) vorgesehen, derart, dass die Ventilanordnung (41) von der Druckluft ansteuerbar ist.

    • An apparatus (1000) for adjusting and controlling the combustion in a fuel gas burner. The apparatus (1000) comprises the following mutually integrated components: - a comburent gas/fuel gas mixing pipe (10) provided with a Venturi mixer (15) in correspondence of which a fuel gas supply duct (22) opens; - means (20, 24, 25) for adjusting the flow rate of fuel gas; - a fan (30), at least partially housed in said mixing pipe (10); - a burner (40) arranged downstream of said fan (30); - a safety system (50) based upon the detection of the flame (FLM) present in said burner (40); and - an electronic control unit (CE) of devices belonging to the apparatus (1000).     • A gas oven (10) comprises at least a first burner element (32, 34) disposed within an oven cavity (18) of the gas oven. A first control valve (44) is disposed within a gas line (56) connected to the burner element (32, 34) and to a gas source. The control valve (44) controls gas flow to the burner element (32, 34). A first temperature sensor (52) is positioned so as to detect temperature about the burner element (32, 34). A controller (55) is electrically coupled to the temperature sensor (52) and to the control valve (44) wherein the controller ensures successful ignition of the burner element (32, 34) by monitoring the temperature signals generated from the temperature sensor (52) to determine if the temperature signals increase a rate that is greater than predetermined.

    • The invention relates to a thermostat (10) for cooking appliances powered by gas, said thermostat (10) comprising a body (20) within which there are formed an inlet conduit (23) and an outlet conduit (24), suitable to receive a gas flow from a supply source and to supply such a gas flow to a gas burner, respectively, as well as a chamber (25) with a substantially cylindrical shape arranged in fluid communication with said inlet conduit (23). The chamber (25) is also arranged in fluid communication with said outlet conduit (24) either directly, through a main opening (70) formed at one end thereof, or indirectly, through a secondary conduit (71) that is formed in the body (20) of the thermostat (10) and flows into the outlet conduit (24) bypassing said main opening (70), said main opening and secondary conduit (70, 71) being respectively dimensioned for a maximum and a minimum flow rate of gas. The thermostat (10) further comprises a one-piece valve (80) for adjusting the gas flow rate, the valve being coaxially fitted in the chamber (25) and guided by its peripheral walls. Thanks to these features, the structural configuration of the thermostat body and its conduits is much more compact, functional and cheap than the structural configuration of thermostats known in the art.

    • The invention relates to a thermostat (10) for cooking appliances powered by gas, said thermostat (10) comprising a body (20) within which there are formed an inlet conduit (23) and an outlet conduit (24), suitable to receive a gas flow from a supply source and to supply such a gas flow to a gas burner, respectively, as well as a chamber (25) with a substantially cylindrical shape arranged in fluid communication with said inlet conduit (23). The chamber (25) is also arranged in fluid communication with said outlet conduit (24) either directly, through a main opening (70) formed at one end thereof, or indirectly, through a secondary conduit (71) that is formed in the body (20) of the thermostat (10) and flows into the outlet conduit (24) bypassing said main opening (70), said main opening and secondary conduit (70, 71) being respectively dimensioned for a maximum and a minimum flow rate of gas. The thermostat (10) further comprises a one-piece valve (80) for adjusting the gas flow rate, the valve being coaxially fitted in the chamber (25) and guided by its peripheral walls. Thanks to these features, the structural configuration of the thermostat body and its conduits is much more compact, functional and cheap than the structural configuration of thermostats known in the art.
