摘要： A pulp distribution device (10) is provided for distribution of cellulose pulp having a concentration of 2-13% to a rotatable first permeable surface (21) in an apparatus (100) for washing cellulose pulp. The pulp distribution device comprises an inlet (11) for incoming pulp, an outlet (12) for output of pulp to the first permeable surface, a first rotatable distribution means (13") arranged in the pulp distribution device for longitudinal distribution of pulp, and a second permeable surface (14") arranged to allow throughflow of filtrate from pulp in the pulp distribution device, whereby an initial dewatering of the pulp takes place in the pulp distribution device. By means of the invention the initial dewatering in the washing apparatus is increased, which inter alia implies higher capacity of the washing apparatus and higher washing efficiency.

摘要： Device for washing and dewatering a fibre pulp suspension, which device comprises two hollow, circular-cylindrical screen members (1), which screen members contain evacuation chambers, internally in the screen members, for conducting away liquid. The screen members rotate towards each other for the purpose of forming a nip (2), with at least one of the said screen members (1) being arranged in a trough (7, 8) which partially encloses the casing (3) of the screen member and which converges towards the casing of the screen member in the direction of rotation of the screen member. At least one pulp inlet box (4) is arranged at the highest point (1) of the screen members, which are provided with troughs, for the purpose of introducing pulp between the casing (3) of the screen member and its trough (7, 8) for the purpose of forming a fibre pulp web. The pulp inlet box is provided with a pressure equalization section in which a certain equalization of irregularities in pulp qualities takes place before the pulp is fed into the actual washing or dewatering gap. The invention provides improved operability, especially at high pulp concentrations, and reduces the risk of plug formation.

The apparatus incorporates a screen having a considerable weight that is moved by a connecting rod 5 in a reciprocating manner between an upper and lower position. The connecting rod 5 is maneuvered by a hydraulic cylinder (61) for vertically moving said screen in first slow stroke concurrent with pulp flow and moving said screen in a second fast stroke countercurrent to pulp flow. According to the invention is a second force actuator means (71) arranged in parallel with the first hydraulic cylinder arrangement (61), and wherein the second force actuator means provides a counterforce balancing the weight of said screen. The second hydraulic cylinders also provides for recovery of energy during the slow stroke. The invention enables a reduction in necessary design pressures of the hydralic system, and reduction in power consumption for operating the hydraulic system.

摘要： The invention concerns a method and an equipment for combining in one single apparatus, the functions for filtering, decontaminating, and thickening paper pulp from used paper, while providing the complementary function of clarifying the filtrates. The apparatus (1) rotates at high speed. The paper pulp is introduced through the centre of the apparatus (2) and driven at its angular speed. The pulp is then brought along a grate (6) with small size holes for separating the fibres from the greater part of the water. The thickened pulp is evacuated through extraction nozzles (8). The water is clarified in the clarification zone (12) and recycled or eliminated depending on uses. More complete embodiments of the apparatus include the functions of fractionating, de-inking and purifying the pulp with slots or holes.
