The device (100) also presents at least one squeezing element (14) interposed between the two dyeing compartments (1, 2) and three cylinders (3) to heat and/or dehydrate the yarn and/or the fabric (13) in order to increase the diffusion of the colorant and the absorption of the colorant itself. The cylinders (3) are positioned downstream of the first dyeing compartment (1) and the squeezing element (14).

摘要： Process comprising stages of: (a) warp simultaneously a plurality of yarns (1) composing the "warped" unbleached roll not dyed; (b) group rolls for the loading of the dyeing machine (20); (c) indigo dyeing in yarn dyeing machines (20). After the dyeing of the indigo yarn (1), follows the stage of: (d) dispose the indigo dyed yarn (1) in cans (2) in pre-determined amounts; (e) submit individually the cans (2) loaded to a motor unit of a traction machine (30) that promotes the unloading of this grouping of yarns (1); (f) simultaneously promote the separation and the tensioning of each indigo yarn (1) towards a correspondent empty cone (3) adapted to a conventional conical machine (40) that will promote the continuous and uninterrupted winding of each one of the indigo yarns (1) in the respective cone (3). The equipment comprising a warping roll in which the set of rolls is assembled for dyeing. The output of this dyeing machine (20) is provided with a yarn separating equipment (21) that guides each yarn (1) to a coiler (10) that shall be stored in respective conditioning cans (2) in pre-determined amounts; the yarns (1) disposed in loose and continuous layers inside the cans (2).
